Seville Quilt – Green Tea & Iced Mocha

Mom Seville Quilt

This quilt was made for my mother and her partner. It was done with the Green Tea & Iced Mocha fabrics by Buggy Barn for Henry Glass Fabrics. It was a perfect combination of colors she uses on her porch and the perfect porch Quilt! See page 4 of this PDF for the fabric collection.

There were a few different types of blocks which is organized with the Q-pins which I just started using and LOVE them! The pattern I used was Seville by CluckCluck Sew! I really LOVE Cluck Cluck Sew patterns and am working on two more right now!

I used the “Stich in the ditch” to go our the inner border, then used the stippling throughout. DSCN2776

For my backing and binding, I used two muted fabrics without a large and loud pattern!

I used fabric pens and made a framed label on the back. I sewed the label on with a blanket stitch by hand.
